Class description
105-C Stenciling I Stenciling is a key transfering system used for creating hand-painted ornamental effects. This one-day class will benefit your career by teaching you quick and easy ways to produce stenciled effects. This course will start with the principles of stenciling and discovering resources for images. The class will make stencils and learn how to take advantage of technology when making complex stencils. This class will also teach the importance of distressing and antiquing your imagery through a series of stenciling exercises. By the end of the course, you will understand how to cut stencils; and layering and distressing. You will conduct hands-on stenciling exercises to allow for development and refinement of stenciling skills and techniques.
