In this intermediate one-day course, you will learn the Principles of Applied Arts and how they apply to water patinas. As part of the advanced principles of water patina, you will learn and understand glazing; color washing; negative glazing; positive color washing; wet-edge walking; feathering; slip coating and watermarking on an advanced level. You will also will learn medium composition, finding inspiration, and advanced glazing. You will conduct hands on glazing exercises that will allow you to develop and refine intermmediate water based patina techniques.
