Class description
218-F Drawing I Drawing is an essenstial part of decorative painting. This skill will help you, as a decorative painter, better articulate design concepts to your customers as well as give you the foundation to excel in other techniques like muraling and landscaping. This class will make drawing easy, even for those who possess no artistic ability to draw. This one-day class will teach measuring, proportions, perspective, and eye level. You will learn how to use values, draw cubical objects, and how to draw cylindrical objects. You will also draw round shapes, irregular shapes, and cloth to develop skills to incorporate into muraling. You will conduct plenty of hands-on exercises to develop and refine drawing techniques.
